| Zucchini, Carrot, Granola Muffins |

| Ingredients |
Directions |

1 1/2 c Flour
3/4 c Light Brown Sugar
2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
1/2 c Carrots, grated
1 3/4 c Zucchini, grated
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1 c Blue Stone Farm Granola |
1.
Preheat oven to 375 Spray
tin w/ "No Stick."
2. Combine egg & oil in a small bowl.
3. Sift dry ingredients into a large bowl.
4. Stir in Egg Mixture.
5. Fold in Grated Vegetables.
6. Fold in Blue Stone Farm Granola.
7. Fill tins 1/2 way, sprinkle with 2 tsp. of Blue Stone Farm Granola.
8. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Remove from oven. Allow to cool 5 minutes.
10.Remove from tin to wire cooling rack.
Makes about 1 dozen |

1/4 c Brown Sugar
1 c Flour
2 c Bluestone Farm Granola
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c Vegatable Oil
3/4 c Buttermilk |
1. Preheat
oven to 375. Spray muffin tins with "no stick."
2. Combine egg, vegetable oil, and buttermilk
3. Combine Brown Sugar, Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, & Salt
4. Add liquid to dry ingredients and mix well.
5. Fold in Bluestone Farm Granola.
6. Fill muffin tins 1/2 way.
7. Sprinkle 2 tsp of Bluestone Farm Granola on each muffin.
8. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for
5 min. Remove muffins from tins and place on wire cooling rack.
Makes about 10 muffins. |

Directions |
6 Tbs Butter, Softened
1 c Brown Sugar
1/2 c Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 c All Purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
3 c Blue Stone Farm Granola |
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Beat Together Butter & Sugar until creamy.
3. Add Eggs & Vanilla. Beat well.
4. Combine Flour, Baking Powder, & Cinnamon. Mix well. Add to Butter mixture.
5. Stir in Blue Stone Farm Granola.
6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
7. Bake 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown.
8. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet. Remove to wire cooling rack.

1/2 c Flour
1/4 c Brown Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c Butter |
Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in Butter. Add:
2 c Blue Stone Farm Granola
3/4 c Buttermilk
Mix together. Knead on slightly floured surface. Pat out
into a circle in a round dish (deep dish baker). Cut into
12 wedges with a pizza cutter. Sprinkle with a mixture
of 1 tbsp sugar and 1/4 tsp cinnamon. Bake at 400 for 15-17
minutes, or until golden brown.

2 T Vegetable Oil
1/2 C All Purpose Flour
1 C BlueStone Farm Granola
1T Brown Sugar
1t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt |
Beat
egg . Combine egg , butter milk and oil in small bowl. In a separate
bowl combine : flour, baking powder, Baking soda, salt and brown sugar.
Mix well.
Add liquid
mixture to dry ingredients. Stir. Add granola to mixture. Stir till well blended.
Lightly brush griddle with vegetable oil. Heat griddle over medium to low heat.
Use 1/4 c
measuring cup to measure pancake batter. Makes 9- 4 inch pancakes. |

Farm Pumpkin Marble Cheesecake |

3/4 C Butter Milk
2 T Vegetable Oil
1/2 C All Purpose Flour
1 C BlueStone Farm Granola
1T Brown Sugar
1t Baking Powder
1/2 t Baking Soda
1/2 t Salt |
Combine
cream cheese, 1/2 C sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric
mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after
each addition. Reserve 1 cup batter; Add remaining sugar, pumpkin and
spices to remaining batter; mix well.Spoon pumpkin and cream cheese batters
alternately over crust; cut through batters with knife several times
for marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees, 55 minutes. Loosen cake from
rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.
10 to 12 servings
preparation time: 25 minutes plus chilling

Farm Very Berry Granola Biscuit |

Directions |
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup butter milk
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3 Tbsp butter melted
1 cup Bluestone farm granola
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup fresh or frozen
1 tsp. baking powder
blueberries thawed.
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

In separate bowl combine
1tsp cinnamon and 2 tsp
white sugar. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease a baking sheet;
set aside. In medium bowl combine all purpose flour, whole
wheat flour, granola, brown sugar, baking powder,
baking soda and salt.
In small bowl combine butter milk, melted butter and vanilla.
Stir milk mixture into flour mixture until just combined.
gently stir in blueberries.
Spoon the batter into 6 mounds(about 1/3 cup each) on prepared
baking sheet. Sprinkle tops with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake 18-20 minutes or until lightly browned. if
desired serve with fruit jam or butter.. Makes 6 biscuits.

2/3 c brown sugar
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp nutmeg |
mix together; poured into a buttered 8x8 baking dish and
cover; bake @ 375 degrees for 40 mins or until apples are
fork tender; top with granola mixture (below) and bake
uncovered 12-15 mins
1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c flour
